Position Summary:
The Rotary District Secretary plays a pivotal role in
managing the administrative tasks of the district, ensuring effective
communication and record-keeping within the district's leadership and its
clubs.
Reports To:
District Governor
Term:
One year, renewable
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of
all district meetings and correspondence.
- Distribute minutes and agendas
for district meetings.
- Manage district databases and
membership lists.
- Assist in coordinating district
events and conferences.
- Serve as a liaison between
district committees.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative
roles or secretarial positions.
- Proficiency with office
software and database management.
- Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
